Welcome to SVideo Downloader - Authorized Media - Free Forever ("the Extension"), operated by Shanghai Jing'an District Mafdet Software Development Studio ("the Company", "we", or "us"). By using the Extension and related pages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Free Forever

The Extension is provided as a free forever browser utility. It does not require an activation code, payment, subscription, or usage limit to access the download features included in this version.

2. Acceptable Use & Strict Anti-Piracy Policy

The Extension is a utility tool designed strictly for downloading media for which you have the legal right, ownership, or explicit authorization to save (e.g., your own exported data, royalty-free media, or specifically permitted public content).

You explicitly agree NOT to use the Extension to bypass paywalls, scrape private data, or download copyrighted materials without the owner's permission.

The Extension does NOT support downloading from YouTube, TikTok, Netflix, HBO/Max, or similar sensitive streaming sites. Requests on these sites are blocked and will return: "This site is not supported."

The Company does not host, store, or index any downloaded content. You assume full legal responsibility for the media you download and how you use it. We reserve the right to limit support or distribution for users found violating copyright laws (such as the DMCA).

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, designs, and branding related to the Extension remain the exclusive property of the Company.
